Company's name and Customer's name and Address must be saved in Misc. Form to generate the Quotation.

To generate Quotation select Customer's Name(filled in Misc. Form) then select/bar code scan/type Item Code and insert Quantity, choose State or Interstate and insert other terms, do not edit prefilled Quotation Form except Quantity and Rate, then click on Add Button, if you do not want to add more items then Click on Save.

You can view the Quotation by Clicking on Generate Quotation.

You can also generate Prefix and Suffix in Quotation No. by Clicking on Number. To reset the number in the form close the Quotation Form and reopen it.
