You can make Entry of Stock Loss/Damage/Theft in very easy way whether it was insured or not.
If insured Click on Insured and fill the details, if not insured just fill the item details and rate and quantity. Click on Save.

You can also generate Suffix in Stock_Loss No. by Clicking on Number.

You can view the details in Stock_Item_Loss Details and Stock_Item_Summary.
You can also use Reverse Button, if you make any wrong Entry.
